Everything is made to order. For personalised items, I cannot offer a refund. If you need to cancel the order, you have 24 hours from the point of ordering to cancel via logging into your account or emailing me info@littlelunacreations.com.

Once received, I can process your refund. After this time, it is likely that I have started to make your item.

Please contact me in the first instance if, in the unlikely event, your item is damaged so that the issue can be resolved.
